Admit that you are a sinner and that you cannot save yourself.
"...for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23
Believe in your heart that Jesus died for your sins, rose from the grave & is alive;
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for
us." Romans 5:8
"...Be no affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not
here; behold the place where they laid him."
and repent of your sins and ask Jesus to come into your heart.
"...for whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13
Confess that Jesus is Lord to others.
"If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that
God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth
unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10
A simple prayer to pray if you would like to accept Jesus as your Savior.
Lord, I know that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself.
I believe that you died for my sins, were buried and rose again, victorious over death and hell.
I repent of my sins and ask you to forgive me. Come into my heart and be Lord of my life. Help me from this day forward to live a life that is pleasing to you in every way.

Did you know that God loves you? He loves you so much that he gave his only son to die on a cross to save you from spending eternity in hell.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everylasting life. For God sent not His son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved." John 3:16-17
Not only has a way been made for escape from eternal torment, but a place has been prepared for you in heaven if you accept him as your Savior.
"Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." John 14:1-3
If you have sincerely prayed this prayer, you have made the most important decision of your entire life. Now that you have accepted Jesus as your personal savior, you need to grow in Him by
- Reading your bible daily,
- Spending time each day with Him in prayer,
- Finding a local church to attend, and
- Witnessing to others about Him.
